Gluten Free Pizza

We are pleased to offer a great pizza that is Gluten Free.  We use lots of flour in our store. Every attempt is made to completely eliminate flour but, since we use lots of flour in our store, it is not guaranteed.

To lessen the chance of cross contamination, please order your pizza as a Take & Bake.  You are welcomed to order our gluten free pizza cooked in our Wood Stone Hearth Oven but it may have small amounts of flour on it since there is flour on the stone.

Dough Ingredients- Smart Flour (tapioca flour, amaranth flour, teff flour), water, potato starch, sorghum flour, modified tapioca flour, flax seed meal, olive oil, honey, instant yeast, granulated sugar, salt xantham gum, guar gum, baking powder, baking soda.
