What is the franchise fee?

$25,000 due at the time of signing the franchise agreement

Does J’s Pizza Market™ offer financing?

No, but we can assist you with locating 3rd party financing.

What does it take to be financially qualified?

You should have a net worth of at least $125,000 and liquid cash of $75,000. But that’s not all. You should want to work the business and make your living from the business.

What is the royalty?

5% of gross sales up to total sales of $500,000.  Over $ 500,000, you keep the royalty fee.

Who do I order product and supplies from?

J’s Pizza Market™ has approved vendors to ensure you that you’re getting high quality products that meet our standards. There is no guesswork and it can’t be easier.

Does J’s Pizza Market™ help with selecting sites?

Yes, we will assist you in choosing the best location for your store as well as provide you with approved site evaluations to start the selection process.

What size space is needed for a J’s Pizza Market™?

1,200 to 1,500 square feet works best.

Will I be trained?

Yes, you will attend two weeks of training in our training store and additional classroom instruction on business management. Plus, we have an on-going support system to work with you and your staff to ensure consistent quality of the J’s Pizza Market™ System.

Will you help with the Grand Opening?

Yes, and much more. We will work with you to hire your staff, train your staff, prepare your store for a Soft Opening & Grand Opening and market your store. We will also visit your store on an ongoing basis to provide support and advice.

Is there more I should know?

Yes! J’s Pizza Market™ is more than just pizza. We have developed an equally interesting selection of salads and sandwiches that allow you to capitalize on more than just the dinner business.  The lunch business and event/business catering offer significant additional sources of revenue. The J’s Pizza Market™ Business Plan provides our franchisees with multi-revenue sources versus the traditional pizza business which is primarily just dinner.

Our business model capitalizes on the lunch, event/business catering and dinner revenue streams while bypassing the hassles of cooking and serving in-store customers.  It is not necessary to have the added expense of a large staff or to stay open later than 8 p.m.  Unlike many businesses in the food service industry, our model allows you to own and operate your business yet still have time for leisure activities with family and friends.
